St. Patricks Weekend in one of CA's best ski resort towns!
We are heading to Mammoth - California's premier ski resort town! Join us as we turn St. Patrick's weekend into a party on the slopes... hitting the town when the sun goes down!

Trip Details:
We have 3 nights at an amazing cabin, within walking distance to the slopes, and surrounded by the fun resort town of mammoth! We have a super fun itinerary all weekend, and including going out for St. Patrick's Day! We will of course have the option to visit the epic natural mineral hot springs that the area is known for. These hot springs are outdoors, require a short hike to reach, and are totally worth the effort with the incredible mountain views you will gaze upon from the hot spring tubs! This trip is targeted at the active 20s/30s/40s crowd
About the ski cabin: We have a large cabin that sleeps ten people and is just steps from the best ski slopes in CA! You will have a bed - Please note: unless you pay extra to claim a single bed, many of us will have a shared bed, as as we do have two rooms with a queen beds. Please contact the host if you want to reserve a single bed. We have delicious group meals planned, and plenty of time on the slopes hitting the best snow in California. This is a active/social/party weekend so we will be active every day on the mountain, hanging out as a group in the evening, and enjoying the social life of the Mammoth/LA scene in this awesome mountain village.

 Cabin Lodge
This weekend will be at a 3 bedroom lodge walking distance to the lifts!, We have rented a gorgeous cabin (not cheap) right by the slopes. Rooms will be shared, but anyone who wants to share a bed with someone has priority choice.
Driving/Carpool - Mammoth is a bit of a drive and we ask everyone to carpool, also because parking is always limited. post a message on the message board to offer/request a ride..
   
 HOT SPRINGS INFO - Mammoth, California is not only known for the ski slopes. The natural hot springs are a gorgeous hidden gem, offering the perfect reprieve from the cold winter slopes. Picture this: we will be soaking in perfect natural hot spring pools, surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains. There is no better place within a reasonable distance from the Bay Area for a skiing and hot springs relaxation retreat to take place :) We hope you'll join us for this special and unique experience.
Itinerary:
Friday:
The cabin is ~5-7hr driving from the SF Bay Area. We recommend taking a half day off early to drive up, but obviously understand work schedules may conflict, so arrive when you can anytime.
For those able to arrive early, we are hitting the slopes early to get some good runs in and to beat the rush.

Saturday:
Our options are plenty, but we will most will want to take a large part of the day hitting the slopes and getting in some runs! Then, it's back to the cozy cabin for a little bit of winding down. We will have a chill social happy hour while our host whips up a yummy family style dinner. Ask about meal specifics or dietary restrictions in the discussion board below.
After dinner... get ready because it is time to explore the ST. PATRICK'S DAY WEEKEND NIGHTLIFE IN MAMMOTH!
Sunday:
We are optionally going to hit the hot springs early to beat the rush getting there We will decide as a group if we want to do it in the morning or before sunset and leaving after sunset!
For those wanting different snowfun, how about some back-country, snowshoes, split-board, etc? We will be heading out for another mild trek with great views on our way home. For the dedicated skiers/boarders, it is time to hit the slopes again, but we have to pack our bags and cleanup before we hit the mountain.
Monday:
We know we're all likely to be a bit sore after our days of skiing in the amazing snow, so we're taking it easy with a leisurely breakfast, and then maybe head to the mineral hot springs to soak away our pain! Check-out is at 12PM .... Or another day on the mountains?
OPTIONAL EARLY ARRIVAL (MONDAY-TUESDAY): A few of the cabin members have decided to stay a few extra days!! If you want to join, message and we can accommodate you, the price will be approximately $100/day, please message your host or post of the message wall
