Let's embark on an exhilarating adventure with UD as we traverse the stunning California coastline just beyond San Francisco. As we navigate this picturesque trail, renowned for its whale sightings, we will breathe in the refreshing ocean air and savor the gorgeous views of the Pacific. Join us for an unforgettable journey through this enchanting landscape during one of the prime seasons for encountering these majestic creatures. It's an invitation to connect with nature, relish the coastal views, and revel in the magic of the whale migration.
 
Basic Details:

 COASTAL WHALE WATCHING HIKE! 

This only happens are certain times of the year!!
You've been asking for a whale watching hike, your wait is over!

We will be hiking one of our favorite trails North of San Francisco, known for whale sightings. This is an out & back hike starting in the woods, leading to the coast and a series of scenic spots overlooking the ocean. Once we arrive at the coastal trail we will be able to see Gray Whales (and possibly humpbacks & orcas) migrating and playing off in the California Shore.

This is a rare opportunity that doesn't come around often so make sure you don't miss out!

 

 

What to Expect: 

An amazing and scenic whale watching hike together with the UD family! This is a lengthy / moderate hike, with large areas of mostly flat hiking along the coast, with some moderate up-hill sections, for a total of about 9 miles round trip hike. We will have a great hangout break near the water to look for whales and enjoy our lunches (lunch is provided by the host!!). This place is magical and we are guaranteed to have an amazing experience; There is a mix of shade, sun and plenty of gorgeous coastal views to make for a perfect day!
