Whether you are a sushi lover or have never had sushi, tonight is the night to learn something new! Come out and learn the basics of sushi making while enjoying some sake and mingling with your UD fam! After the lesson, you'll enjoy your masterpiece for dinner! All sushi making supplies and sake will be provided by your UD host.

Do you love sushi? Have you ever wanted to learn to make it yourself? Here is your chance to learn how to make sushi and enjoy your creation once we've finished! We have all of the equipment and will have a blast together learning how to make sushi rolls and display them well. Yes, it might not come out how the chiefs make it at your favorite restaurant, but we will have fun no matter how the rolls come out!

What to Expect:

Your UD host will lead the class on how to create a basic roll. You will be building your roll from start to end, and then you will be able to enjoy your masterpiece! All the supplies will be provided by your host (including some sake to enjoy during the class). You can't truly appreciate the taste of sushi until you know what goes into making it!

  • All of the necessary ingredients
  • A meal from everything you make!
  • A fun sushi class in San Francisco
  • A Welcome drink (Sake!)

 

What to Bring:

  • BYOB (if you don't want sake, bring something you'll enjoy! Supplies will be limited, so extra drinks will be appreciated!)
  • Optional: Appetizers for the group to enjoy before/during our lesson! Your host will be providing all the supplies for sushi that will be consumed at the end of the lesson. 

 

Attire:
Anything, but this is a cooking class so avoid anything easy to stain!
