Come and join UD as we watch a beautiful sunset behind the Golden Gate Bridge and the moon rises over the hills of the East Bay all while we paddle in the bay. This will be THE MOST GORGEOUS kayaking experience you will ever have!
What to Expect:
Whether you are an experienced sea-kayaker or have never been in the water before, this sunset paddle is a wonderful way to spend any evening! You will be in a very stable two-person sea kayak and will be led by a guide that will teach you the fundamentals of kayaking. Then our guide will lead us on a paddle in the bay.
Here we will watch a beautiful sunset from the comfort of our kayaks. There's no better place to appreciate the peace and tranquility of the ocean and its surroundings than here.
You don't have to have any kayaking experience or be in great shape to join us for this event, but we will be paddling on and off for a couple of hours, so be prepared for a bit of a workout.
Event Includes:
The use of a two-person sea kayak and all necessary equipment
A guide that will teach you the fundamentals of kayaking
A tour of Richardson Bay
The chance to catch some extraordinary views of the city at sunset
An amazing host for the evening
Attire: Dress warm and in layers, as it can get cold. Wear polypropylene if you have it available. Do not wear cotton as it is not idea for water activity. We recommend you bring a towel and a change of clothes for afterwards.
