Super Mario Karts Big Wheels Races!

 Celebrate Easter with a unique race, in one of San Francisco windiest roads ! This event is a hit every year with a family friendly atmosphere and an afternoon of Easter fun. Be ready to laugh as the contestants try to control their wheels! 

What better than San Francisco's biggest little bike event?!? Gear up, borrow your niece/nephew's Big Wheels (or purchase your very own from your local Toys 'R Us, Target, Walmart, etc.),
and join hundreds of other thrill-seekers in this unique "race" down the steepest, windiest street in San Francisco!

If you're not feeling all that ambitious, just find a spot to stand in the crowd (behind the hay bales for safety) and watch these crazies barrel down this hill. 

The sooner we get there, the better view we will have for the race! 

Every year, everyone that comes out dresses up in unique and whacky costumes! This year, UD is rolling together as Super Mario Kart characters! So pick your player, put together a costume, and let's get rolling!!

The race starts at 3pm and goes until 5pm, so let's see how many laps we can get in!

After we've raced down the hill a couple of times, we will all walk over to a bar for some well deserved drinks! If anyone is hungry, we'll be able to order food there as well! 

What to Expect:

You will meet with the rest of your Mario Kart UD family and then head to the start of the race! Get ready for an absolute wild ride through Vermont Street! We will fly down this windy road, trying our best not to totally whip out! Once we finish racing, we'll head to a bar close by for some drinks! 

Event Includes:

• An awesome UD host to race you down the hill!
• A fun and exhilarating SF tradition!
• Group dressing up as Mario Kart! 

What to bring:

• Your own big wheels! You can buy a big wheel bike at Target, Toys R Us, Walmart, Amazon, or even a thrift store!
• Day bag full of essentials (water, layers, snacks) 
• A Mario Kart themed outfit! Even if it is just matching the color of the character! If you're into dressing up, feel free to go all out!! 
• $ for the bar after the race! 

Attire: Dress as your favorite Mario Kart character!! If you decide not to dress up, make sure to wear something comfortable and not valuable! Our clothes might get a bit roughed up

We will have a snack and a little surprise for you afterwards to reward you for your efforts!
