Welcome to Mount Diablo!
We will arrive at Mount Diablo as our schdule allows, check-in is at 2pm, arrive anytime after this. We will settle in and set up camp in designated sites. For those that arrive with plently of day light, we can explore the vista points near our campsite. It is manditory that you arrive at least 1/2 hour before sunset, as the park gates close directly at sunset. If you are late, you will not be able to enter the park on that day. Arriving before sunset will also mean you will arrive in time to witness the breathtaking sunset from our campsite. Sunset on April 12th, 2024: 7:41 pm.
Your host has a delicious group camp dinner in store. We will gather by the campfire for a delightful night of s'mores and stargazing under the night sky! Our campsites boast some of the best views on the mountain, ensuring a front-row seat for a spectacular sunset. This is a campout you won't want to miss!
