It is time for the first super moon of 2024... the August blue moon! Picture this... the sun setting on the ocean, the moon rising, and you live in one of the most beautiful spots in the world, so let's enjoy it with a hike at Lands End! Come and take in some breathtaking views of the famous Golden Gate Bridge under a full moon! This is the perfect event to meet other like minded members, and enjoy the fabulous city we call home :D
Basic Details:
Winter Solstice Hike at Lands End
Hike the coastal bluffs and take in sweeping views of the Golden Gate. Join us for a walk through the Sutro Baths, admire sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge and learn about the history of our city's fabled coastline!
What to expect:
Enjoy a relaxing evening of light hiking along the trails of Lands End. We'll meander our way though groves of coastal cypress, though the ruins of the Sutra Baths and along the cliffs and bluffs overlooking the Golden Gate and Pacific Ocean.
