ABOUT OUR SUNSET SAIL:
Close out your Santa Cruz experience with a gorgeous sunset sail aboard a super stable catamaran - a very safe and large boat with full access to the "trampoline deck" and full service bathrooms...and an amazing view of the bay! Expect a gorgeous evening with seals, dolphins and whatever comes our way! This amazing 50' catamaran sailboat is gorgeous and has all the bells and whistles to make your sail safe, comfortable and epic. The boat is big enough so most people do not get sea sick- so sail with confidence and know that you are in good hands! Don't forget your camera- we are going to be cruising right by groups of sea otters, sea lions and maybe even whales! Please note: Wine, beer and soft drinks are available for purchase on board, bring your ID if you are interested.
What to wear on the sail? Please keep in mind that it is often windy and cooler on the water and dressing in layers is recommended. We always suggest bringing an extra jacket, sweater or sweatshirt. Sunscreen and sunglasses are also important, as the sun can be intense as it is reflected off the water. No high-heels, wedges, or hard-soled boots are allowed, so please wear flat, non-scuffing shoes. You may wish to bring binoculars and a camera along :D
BEACH PARTY & SEAFOOD FEAST:
Twin Lakes State Beach is one of the most scenic beaches in Santa Cruz and it's so close to the boat harbor... so it's easy to park for the day and not worry about a thing. The beach has an amazing shallow drop into the ocean and it's easy to swim. It's got group volleyball nets available for us to play on.... so anytime will be game time!
Mid-afternoon we will start cooking our feast- we will be doing a seafood boil which will be a seafood feast (and some veggie items too!) that can include shrimps, clams, sausage, corn, potatoes, etc.... this fancy and festive dinner is a super hands- on and social.

- A 1.5 hour SUNSET SAIL around the Monterey Bay
- A crazy delicious seafood boil on the beach (veg option too)

WHAT TO BRING:
 Beach attire for the day- Beach towel, blanket, sunscreen and shades
- Beach chair if you have one
- Camera for amazing photos!
- Layered clothing for an evening- it can get windy on the water!
- Sensible flat shoes for the boat- surfaces can get slippery.
- GOOD VIBES! :)
- ID and $$ if you want to purchase drinks on the sail
