What to Expect:
We are hikingan amazing loop trail, offering a gorgeous view of the ocean and Richardson Bay in the distance from the top of the ridge. This trail is a true gem. It's a touch over 6 miles, with about 1,000 feet of elevation gain, its the perfect mix of exercise and beauty. The first three and a half miles will be a gradual up hill until we reach the ridge and then it will loop around and be mostly downhill from then on. It will be a challenge, but totally worth it!!
This won't be our typical hiking event. This is going to be a workout. Get ready to sweat and burn some calories! Everyone will bring a pack with 2 to 3 gallons of water in it. Alternatively, you can use weights or sandbags if you have them. We like water, because if it starts to get too challenging for you, you can always water some of the plants. :)
Your host will supply some trail snacks and electrolytes. Please bring your own refillable water bottle.
