Spray, Create, Transform: Unleashing Urban Artistry

Graffiti, an art form rooted in urban culture, bursts with creativity and self-expression. From vibrant murals adorning the walls of city streets to intricate tags scrawled on hidden corners, graffiti defies conventions and challenges societal norms. It serves as a powerful medium for artists to convey messages, provoke thought, and reclaim public spaces. Although sometimes controversial and seen as vandalism, graffiti possesses the ability to transform the mundane into something captivating, sparking conversations and injecting life into concrete jungles. It stands as a testament to the human desire for artistic expression and the audacity to leave an indelible mark on the world.

What to Expect: 

• We're going to cut out our own stencils and spray paint them on a canvas 
• We'll bring our favorite stencils, and the host will guide you through the process of cutting and spraying
• No art skills are required
• Feeling bold? Go off script and bring your own stencil!
• Really feeling creative? Bring a plain t-shirt to leave your mark on!
• Let's pop some corks and let the wine and creativity flow as spray paint the town red! 

Includes:

• Paint and art supplies needed
  • Spray paint
  • Printed out stencils
  • X-acto knives for cutting out the stencils
  • Canvas or tote bag for spray painting
  • Gloves for protecting hands 
• Snacks and refreshments
• A creative, artistic host
• A big box of wine to get the creative juices flowin'

What to bring:

• BYOW: We will bring a box of wine to get us started.
  • If wine is your thing, bring a bottle of wine to share, or bring your own drink of choice. 
• Appropriate clothes for being outside, as we will be spraying outside (layers!) 
• It's not needed, but if you have an N95 mask at home you can use it while spray painting
• Optional: If you want to try something different, bring a plain tshirt to spray!
