The Milky Way isn't just a candy bar - it's a galaxy, our galaxy, filled with billions upon billions of stars stretching across the night sky. Seeing it with your own eyes is nothing short of magical.
Why is this weekend is the perfect time to see it? The lack of a moon (Waning Crescent), matched with the absence of city lights and a prime viewing location in Lassen's backcountry, our campout is set up to experience unparalleled views of the Milky Way's glow. This is going to be a weekend of stargazing you will never forget!
