For over 10 years, Dandelion Chocolate has been turning cocoa beans and organic sugar into exquisite single-origin dark chocolate, building lasting relationships with cocoa farmers worldwide to ethically source their ingredients.
What to Expect:
At Dandelion, chocolate is simplicity at its finest—just two ingredients: cocoa beans and organic sugar. During this exclusive tour, you'll learn how their team carefully roasts and ferments cocoa beans to bring out their rich, nuanced flavors in small batches. Get ready to sample their delicious creations, from chocolate bars to rich hot chocolate and pastries crafted by their culinary team, led by pastry chef Lisa Vega.
After our sweet chocolate-filled adventure, the day continues with an optional Afternoon Tea. While not included in the event price, this elegant experience will give you the chance to unwind with a delightful selection of teas and an assortment of sweet and savory treats.
