Whether it's beginner friendly snowshoeing that delivers amazing views, or stargazing for the meteor shower, or the delicious group dinner in the village, there is something for everyone!
All you need to do is show up and soak it all in!
What to Expect at Yosemite's Curry Village:
Curry Village is cozy and rustic lodging in the heart of Yosemite, offering heated tent cabins with built-in beds. No need to set up or break down any gear—just bring your sleeping bag and pillow, and you’re all set!
Curry Village is one of the most coveted places to stay inside Yosemite National Park. Located right in the valley, it offers stunning, up-close views of Half Dome and Glacier Point while keeping you warm and comfortable, with all of the accommodations you need. With amenities like excellent dining, coffee shops, and countless nearby trailheads and easy vista points with big pay off, everything we need is just steps away. It's the perfect blend of natural beauty and comfort, making it a sought-after spot for adventurers who want to fully experience Yosemite without giving up convenience.
Quadrantids Meteor Shower:
The Quadrantids, one of the year’s most powerful meteor showers, with activity from December 28 to January 12, giving us the chance to see up to 110 meteors per hour. We’ve chosen this weekend specifically because it coincides with a new moon, offering the best possible viewing conditions, making it the perfect time for an unforgettable stargazing experience!
