Dim sum is a Cantonese tradition of small, shareable dishes served with tea, making it the ultimate social meal. From steamed dumplings to crispy spring rolls and sweet custard buns, it’s a flavorful adventure in every bite. Served in bamboo steamers or on rolling carts, dim sum is as much about the lively experience as it is about the delicious food!
After brunch we're off to the Fortune Cookie Factory! Keeping in the spirit of Chinese New Year, we're going to see what our future has in store for us. We'll see how these clairvoyant treats are made. The fortunes can be insightful, funny, or just plain cryptic—but that’s part of the fun! Whether it’s a life-changing prophecy or a reminder to buy more snacks, cracking one open always brings a moment of curiosity and delight. "I hope you get rich."
