Opening Day on the Bay is a sight to see! Join us as we sail across the Bay, welcoming the start of a new season! We'll sail away on a catamaran, with champagne in hand, sun on your skin, and the sea breeze in your hair.

Champagne Sailing on the Bay

 

 

Celebrate the official beginning to the San Francisco Bay Sailing Season with Urban Diversion! There will be hundreds of boats on the San Francisco Bay for opening day, and we will be joining them! We'll sail along the bay with a champagne glass in hand, greeting other boats as we go by! 

 

 

 

Are you ready for an awesome adventure on the SF Bay with the UD community? 

 

 

The catamaran we are sailing on offers a bar and snack-shack for all of our refreshment and libation needs! 

Itinerary:

12:30pm - Meet at location specified in the description below

1:00pm - Start boarding
1:30pm - Set sail (DON'T BE LATE! Due to sailing schedule, we leave ON THE DOT)
3:00pm - Back to port and head to clubhouse for BBQ! 

 

BBQ AFTER!! We will be having our monthly club house BBQ right after our sailing trip. If you would like to attend the BBQ, you can register here.

 **The BBQ is not included in this sailing event, make sure to reserve a spot separately!** 

 

Attire:

We are dressing in everything that says "We know how to sail!" Make sure to bring layers, you know how SF weather can be. 

 

Event Includes:

  • 1.5 hour sailing trip around the Bay 
  • Photo-ops under the bridge that will blow your mind! 
  • Glass of champagne
  • Your exciting UD host!

 

What to Bring:

  • Dress in your best sailing outfit and layers!!!
  • $$ for drinks and food on the boat
