Itinerary

DAY 0 Thursday July 3rd - OPTIONAL Early arrival

This year, 4th of July falls on a Friday. Traffic will be heavy on Friday - if you want to beat the traffic, head up on Thursday after work for the cost of one extra night at camp. Contact host for more info!

DAY 1 Friday July 4th

Big lake party, fireworks and Dinner out!

Arrive at camp (the earlier the better to avoid traffic), drop off your gear/set up your tent so it will be ready for your tonight, and then head to the lake!

We’re starting the day with a 4th of July beach party at Lake Tahoe! This is a big Tahoe beach part with live music, DJs, art vendors, food stalls, and dance floors. We will set up a home base on the beach, and chill, kick back and soak in the stunning views of the lake. The beach offers a mix of fun activities like kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and scenic walks. Whether you’re getting active or just relaxing by the water, it’s all about enjoying the lake vibes with great company!

As dusk falls, we'll gather for an awesome fireworks display over the lake. For dinner this evening, we will enjoy a group dinner out on the town (please note: dinner out is not included in the price).

Day 2 | Saturday July 5th

River Float Party Day!

Today we are celebrating the 4th of July weekend with an afternoon of tubing down the river!

When you wake up, coffee will be waiting! We will have a hearty breakfast, energizing us for our day of tubing! After breakfast, we will get our lunches packed and loaded into coolers.

If you have drinks to bring tubing, please bring your own coolers for any personal drinks you may want during our float. Snacks and lunch for the day will be provided.

We’ll have the whole day to kick back, swim, and tube down the river while soaking up the sun and stunning views! Your tube will be tied to at least 6 others, creating one big, floating crew, and we’ll have coolers along for the ride. It’s all about good vibes, great company, and a day on the river!

When we have had our fill of tubing, the rest of our Saturday afternoon is free time. Head to the Lake Tahoe to paddle board, lay on the beach, or take a nap in a hammock.

When the sun starts to set, your hosts will fire up the grill for a big BBQ feast! We’ll get the fire going, the drinks flowing (BYOB), and dive into some fun camp games. The night will be filled with great food, drinks, dancing, and stories—let’s make it unforgettable and live it up!

DAY 3 | Sunday July 6th

We will start our last day with coffee and a delicious breakfast! Then it's time to pack up camp, and check out of our campsites by 12pm. You are free to head home whenever you need, but first make sure to swap contact info with the new friends you made.

If you are able to stay for Sunday afternoon, we will have a group heading to Tahoe Lake for some stand-up paddle boarding. We will be sharing a few of UD's paddle boards, and possibly renting extras depending on how many people join us for the afternoon.

**Space is limited, so RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot**

What better way to celebrate the

4th of July than floating down a river with friends!?
