Join us for 3 nights / 4 days for an adventurous campout to some of the best waterfalls, lakes, and gorge-ous views Oregon has to offer! Explore Oregon's iconic Columbia River Gorge (one of the best scenic drives in the west), hike to more than 8 insanely gorgeous and Instagrammable waterfalls, taste some of Oregon's famous beers at local brewery, and explore a gorgeous alpine lake at the foot of Mount Hood by kayak or paddle board!

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

NOT INCLUDED:

- Personal drinks (coffee, alcohol, brewery on Saturday)
WHAT TO BRING:
- No more than 2 bags per person - 1 carry on/1 suitcase
- Camping Gear - (Please Note: You will need a tent, sleep pad, and sleeping bag. Not to worry - your hosts will transport your tent and sleep pad in their car. All you need to worry about packing is your clothing, shoes, and toiletries and sleeping bag. This should be very doable with some packing cubes and compression bags for the sleeping bag.)
- Hiking clothes and boots
- recommended to bring micro spikes and hiking poles if you have them
- Quality rain jacket (Although the Pacific Northwest is known for rain - hence why all the waterfalls, it should be less due to it being summer).
- Wool socks to help keep your feet warm if they get wet
- Cameras, tripods, etc.
- Swimsuit & water shoes for lake and kayaking and possible hot springs
- Personal toiletries + gear
CAMPSITES
Camping on Oregon's Iconic Colombia Gorge!
We’ll be camping for 2 nights in the Columbia River Gorge, centrally located with easy access to some of the best hiking and natural beauty the area has to offer. The gorge offers stunning and tranquil environments, perfect for relaxing and immersing yourself in nature. These campsites are beautiful and highly sought after, making them hard to secure, but we’ve locked them in for our group to ensure an unforgettable experience!
Camping Gear Transport is Included
Don’t worry about hauling heavy camping gear! We’ve got you covered. Our hosts will be driving up with your tent and sleeping pad, so all you need to bring is your clothes, hiking boots, and sleeping bag—all of which should be easy to pack and bring along. Your host will transport the essential camping gear up to Oregon, allowing you to travel light and focus on the fun of the adventure!

ITINERARY
DAY 1 | Thursday
Let's start big with three gorgeous waterfalls & tons of views!

Arrive at Portland International Airport (PDX) - We’ll pick you up from the airport and head straight to the Columbia River Gorge

Please arrive no later than 1pm if you want to hike with us today. If you are unable to arrive by noon, please arrive before 7pm and we will have a second host there to transport you to the campsite!

First stop: Scenic overlook at Vista House - gorgeous historic building perched on the cliffs above the Columbia River. This spot offers stunning panoramic views of the Gorge and is the perfect introduction to the beauty of the area.

1st Waterfall Hike!! – Gorge Adventure Begins
Start with a quick and beyond beautiful 0.4-mile hike to a stunning waterfall.

More Waterfalls tp explore!
A short drive will take us to another gorgeous waterfall on a 0.2-mile loop trail, a quick hike with BIG payoff!

Arrive at our Campsite and have dinner
We’ll set up camp at a beautiful location, unwind around the fire, and enjoy a delicious dinner together.
DAY 2 | Friday
Multnomah Falls + Columbia River Gorge

Rise and Shine - Start the day with a hearty breakfast at camp to fuel up for a full day of exploration.

Multnomah Falls - We’ll then head out for a scenic hike to Multnomah Falls, one of Oregon’s most iconic waterfalls. Enjoy the stunning views and take in the beauty of the falls up close.

Lunch at the gorgeous Multnomah Falls Lodge - After the hike, we’ll stop for lunch at Multnomah Falls Lodge, where the food is just as delicious as the views! (Price of lunch not included in trip)

Even more incredible waterfall walks! - Following lunch, we’ll take a short and easy hike to explore a couple more breathtaking waterfalls in the area.

Head back to our campsite and have dinner - Enjoy a delicious home-cooked dinner around the campfire, and take in the serene atmosphere of the Gorge as the day winds down.
DAY 3 | Saturday
Waterfalls, Mount Hood & Kayaking at Trillium Lake

Another awesome day is here - After a hearty breakfast at camp, we’ll set out on a gorgeous mid morning hike to a series of stunning waterfalls. we w hike will be scenic and moderate, providing plenty of viewpoints to enjoy the beauty of the Columbia River Gorge.

Afternoon - After our hike, we’ll head to a gorgeous alpine lake with epic views of Mount Hood. Here we’ll enjoy a packed lunch by the water, and spend the afternoon kayaking and paddle-boarding on the serene waters of the lake, taking in the breathtaking mountain backdrop.

Late Afternoon - After kayaking, we’ll have some free time to relax by the lake or take a short stroll around the area. This is your chance to take in more of the stunning scenery before we head up to Mount Hood.

Dinner at History Mount Hood Lodge - We’ll make our way up to Mount Hood for a dinner experience at a historic lodge near the summit. Enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the stunning views of the mountain and surrounding landscapes. (Price of Dinner not included in trip)
DAY 4 | Sunday
Winery w/ lunch + Goodbyes

Breakfast at Camp - Enjoy a final breakfast at camp as we get ready to head back to Portland Airport.

Optional hangout in Portland - If time allows, those that want to can hangout in Portland, grab lunch, and enjoy this awesome city before you head home!

1 PM: Drop Off at the Airport - We’ll make sure everyone is back at Portland International Airport (PDX) by 1:00 PM, with plenty of time for your flights. IF you need to leave earlier than this, please contact your host directly to schedule this.
