Pasta Making Class!
Do you love Pasta? Have you ever wanted to learn to make it yourself? Here is your chance to learn how to make pasta by hand, and enjoy your creation once we've finished!
We have all of the equipment, plus a host who is experienced in pasta making! Let's have a blast together learning how to make tortellini, with a glass of wine in hand of course!
What to Expect:
Your UD host will lead the class on how to create a handmade tortellini. You'll learn the traditional techniques of dough preparation, shaping, and filling, as well as the secrets to achieving that coveted perfect texture and flavor. From folding each delicate parcel to sealing in the savory fillings, every step of the tortellini making process will be unveiled, ensuring you leave with the skills to recreate these culinary delights at home.
All the pasta-making supplies (and your first glass of wine 🍷) are included, so you can just show up and have fun. Whether you’ve made pasta a hundred times or this is your very first try, this class is all about enjoying the process, learning a few new tricks, and pairing it all with some tasty wines. Plus, it’s the perfect chance to meet new people in the club and share a fun night together!

What to Bring:
- We provide the first glass of wine, after that - BYOB (if you don't want wine, we will have sparkling H2O available, or bring something you'll enjoy!)
- Optional: Bring an appetizer or bottle of wine to share if you are inspired! (Your host will be providing all the supplies for the pasta/salad and first glass of wine)
Attire:
Anything, but this is a cooking class so avoid anything easy to stain!
